What's the general opinion on this as a third cycle. 3 shots a week 250 each iioyfor ten weeks

Keeping it simple with just test I'm guessing? A lot of people say 750 is their sweet spot for test and It would be good to see how your body reacts at that dose before adding anything else. Why not run it a little longer though? I would suggest getting another bottle and finish with that and some Anavar (var) to solidify those gains=homeostasis.

would rather see you sut the dose slightly and run it at least 12 weeks.

How about 600 for 12 weeks. Also a question about the length on my first cycle with Sustanon (sust) and deca I didn't gain after week 6 or 7 and stopped at week 10 would another 2 weeks jump the platue or just firm up the gains made

you quit gaining at week 6-7 the last cycle due to diet . the deca and sus were just really kicking in hard by then.
when you start a cycle and weigh 200 pounds [ example ] and your eating 4000 calories [ example ] that enough food to grow at 200 pounds . after being on cycle for 6-7 weeks and you gained 15 pounds [ example ] the that 4000 calorie diet is no longer enough to grow at 215 pounds .
the bigger you get = more food you need . you have to constantly adjust diet while on cycle to maximize gains.


btw 600 mg for 12 weeks is better imo.

In order to get maximum gains from sustanon, a 12-16 week cycle is what you need. 10 weeks is not long enough. Go 500mgs for 16 weeks and your results will be better than 750 at 10.

90 plus % of people get little to no sides at 500 mg of test by itself. especially when you throw out the hypochondriacs who swear the got gyno when they picked up the bottle of test lol. .5 mg of adex every other day should be plenty to control estrogen at 500 mg a week . as always keep a eye on blood pressure while on cycle.

I am one of the unlucky few who gets sides on 500 mg of test a week

25 mg of aromasin EOD sorts me out tho, never tried adex
