7oz boneless, skinless chicken breast nutrition

Just curious on which website u guys use to get good nutrition facts on certain foods, as.I google 7oz chicken breast and dif site have dif nutrition values, it's all over the place
Also too what do u guys think.of jasmine rice? I personally love the taste of it, it's.more.fluffy and just all around taste better, how's does this rice compare to white rice?anybody else prefer jasmine rice as well?

I use the myfitnesspal app on my smart phone. It has almost every brand and type of food there is already programmed into it. You can log your daily macros by entering everything you eat. It even has a barcode scanner and will log/give all the nutrition info on a product if you just scan the barcode. There's others like it too.

Well I always weigh.my.meat raw and u mentioned 7oz cooked

Cooking doesn't alter the protein content. Fat and water are reduced through cooking though. I prefer using cooked nutrition values so I know what I am actually taking in for daily macros etc. otherwise you got extra math
