A better way to do chest?

no i avoid dumbells at all costs...and i have been only doing incline decline and flat bench. thinking about it i never change it up. the one gym day i hate is chest. today i switched it up and used the cables for cross overs
 
Try drop sets go as heavy as u can keep dropping weight down by 5lbs until your just burnt and cant take it lol that got me alot stronger and gave me good form on regular bench
 
yeah thanks JM for the video it makes sense. I need to get off my a** and start forcing my self to include dumbells into my chest work out.
 
Yeah 49er that sounds good too. I used to use boards back and forth till complete fail. I would start on board 1 and keep adding weight after each board up to four then go down from 4 and drop weight each time. That was when i had a good trainer partner that pushed me. Now I work out alone so its hard to go heavy or use boards.
 
I would stop the bench for now, do an all dumbell routine. Also, do a push up routine on your same chest day. You can do a variety of different style push up's. Do this for a few weeks. Then maybe go to the bench and see what you can do. Sometimes changing things up does wonders.
 
Mattyice, I all ways try to go heavy on negs and pos unless im going real heavy at the end were i have to assist with my other arm or swing it to get it up. I do this on most of my lifting routine.
 
Dumbells will def help out. a buddy of mine who is a bodybuilder , he does shows and the whole nine yards , i dont think he ever used barbell always used dumbells and it works very well for him. try it out and see how it goes. goodluck bro.

yeah oradea i think this will work out better for me. My girl pointed out the other day that my left side of my chest is bigger. I guess I really need to force both chest muscles to pull there own weight.
