A few Questions About Winny and My Cutter.

I just got off my bulking cycle and went straight into my cutter. I went from Very high calories, About 8000 a day into significantly lower calories, about 2000 a day. I also came off D-bol and went stragiht into 50mg of Winstrol a day. Now my question is I want to keep all of the hard earned muscle I gained and lose the fat, What would be the best way to do it?? Are my Calories too low? I may get some Eq. to go along with the Winstrol (winny) but other than that I will not use any other drugs. I was 315 lbs 4 days ago when I started to restrict my calories and swiched the dbol for the Winstrol (winny). I am now at about 307. I know its mostly water weight but I am afraid I will lose my muscle as well. Please give me some advice on how to cunstuct this cutter so I dont lose muscle, i.e. diet, training etc... Thanks
 
IDK honestly, i would guess that you should let your body get used to the new weight before you start cutting up. going from 8000 cal to 2000 you might lose alot of your gains..
 
if it takes you 8000 cals to gain weight, it won't take 2000 to lose it. I would probably start with around 4000 clean cals and go from their.
 
yep up the cal. intake

if you start at 2000 cal you don't have too much room to lower the intake

so if you do 15x bodyweight =4600 cal
start there or at 4000 and slowly lower the intake
