I've noticed lots of inquiries about GH in PM's and on the board.
I just wanted to share a bit of info to clear a few things up.
GH affects almost every cell in the body and in excess can cause permanent and disfiguring changes in appearance and in health.
Howeveer it moves nutrients from fat storage to muscles and organs that are functioning. It also influences growth through A SECOND HOMRONE CALLED IGF1. (most think IGF is the same thing..it's not)
GH in excess interferes with insuling signals, the main driver for fat storage, and can accelerate fat release from fat cells.
I Hope that little bit on GH clears some things up for some of you ladies.
If you choose to do it start low and please note, often it takes a fair amount of time....at least 4-6 months before results are seen!
