Hi all. I am a 37f who has been lifting since I was 17, but took off the last 5 years due to kids and work. I have been back in the gym now 6 days a week for 8 months. I am seeing great gains already due to my diet and training. I am older now and I am looking for something to help me shed those extra stubborn lbs I did not have when I was younger. I am considering HGH and wanted to know what would be the best dosage for me to start with? Best times to take, 1x or 2x a day.....??? I am looking for a slow intro to my body and a good fat burn later on... Thanks
