Well heres a little about my self. I 5'5 119 lbs and am 35 years old. I've spent about the last 15 years in and out of prison. Throughout that time i worked out preety much every day. But i cant seem to put any weight on. I eat like a pig and still nothing. Recently i started training for MMA and now have 2 matches done and won them both. Now my problem is this, i fight in the 135 lbs category because if i go any lighter theres really no competition out there so ...
but im only 119lbs, and when i seem to gain a few pounds i loose it the next night because of the cardio im doing. So i Bought some Methandrostenlone (D-BOL).
All my bros tell me to take 4 pils per day, but im thinking that there all 200 plus ounds so yes 4 for them is good. but ima only 119lbs, so i figured i take 2 pills per day. 20 mgs. Im eating between 5-6 times per day. Im a mechanic so basicaly i work from 8am to 5 pm then go to the gym and train jujistu and kick boxing for 2 hours then i use the TRX system for and hour. i do this for 6 nights a week. So what im asking is does this work out seem ok?
And do u guys have any better set ups or plans? I want to stay around 130- 140lbs, any advice wold be appreciated. and thanks
