Well done, she put in the work and it shows. Usually with that much of drop and at that age you would expect to see a lot of loose skin but with her everything tightened up nicely...kudos to both of you!

3J, since I'm a graveyard shift worker, is there anything that can help a person out. Literally every plan, every program I've scoured over the years is set up for a first shifter's hours, and trying to move around certain aspects . of the days meal planning really doesn't allow them to fit into a schedule like mine per-say. Now that school has started for the kids, and I'm done with my one month on first shift I'm heading back to nights tomorrow and will finally be able to get back into a routine (summers are bad since I do two jobs) but am now back to one.

So just asking, currently am going to run Stoppani's 12 week program starting tomorrow and see what it can do and I've moved his nutrition plan around ALOT to fit into my opposite world schedule...but since this is your gig, maybe you can enlighten me, and Im sure other's. If you want a PM or would like a new thread let me know, I think it would be invaluable for not just me, but maybe other's if you could put some "generalized" information out there for use 3rd shifters.
