A serious plea for help on cutting

OK here is my problem. Sorry if this is in the wrong spot.

I am a 21 year old male who recently was in the army. After a few injuries I have gone from 189 lbs to 289 lbs in a year. I had a bit of an issue with a thyroid and a lot of surgeries. I am finally healthy and I have been dieting and running with a bit of working out. I have barely lost 2 lbs in the last month and I am eating the right way. Now I know how steroids can effect your health and I realize the work that goes into using them and utilizing their full potential. I am looking for something that will help me lose as much fat as possible. I want to get about 210 ish if possible and be healthy again. I am willing to put the work in and do what needs to be done but I need something to give me a bit of umph. I am a naturally strong and stocky person and I am not trying to get huge or super skinny. I just need something that can help me cut faster. I am willing to risk certain side effects since I do not plan on being a *roid* freak. I understand that its not going to be easy. If anyone had some things they could recommend. I am a firm believer in looking for information on your own but I don't want to purchase something that could hurt me or lose money on. I would really appreciate the help.

From what I've read on this forum there are a couple things that could help you lose weight but you have to maintain a steady workout...

Need To Build Muscle Inc.

and look for Forged burner and Need2Slin
OR look for the LIPOStack

also I've heard Clenbuterol and Albuterol works pretty good also but I was told it pops up in a piss test...The difference between the Clen and Albuterol is that the Clen is stronger but has more side affects also the Clen makes people have the shakes..

before we recommend anything, please post your good diet, without making sure that is correct nothing else will help.
 
Alot of cardio, start small, It takes time to jumpstart your body into fat burning mode. And hit up 3J in the diet section, cardio & diet and you will feel the change and see it
 
Heres the thing. Even when I was gaining weight and going through surgiries, I always maintained some kind of cardio. For the most part it was swimming. I still run almost every day and I run at the least 4 miles a day. I don't follow a set diet per say but I eat 5-6 small meals a day and I try to eat alot of veggies(so gross). I drink roughly 2 gallons of water a day and I eat tons of fruit. My meals tend to consist of some kind of tuna(just plain tuna) or some kind of chicken. I don't drink soda and I stay away from fatty foods. Some of my non fruit + veggie snacks consist of un salted pretzels or even wheat thins. Ill look into both those mentioned and Ill do a bit more research on them.
 
Sounds like you're over training doing 4 miles every day. Why not just do say 15 miles a week, and incorporate lifting with those other days?

I'm not too big into cardio, but I do use it when I have to cut. Without doing a crap load of running a week, I've been able to cut down to 10 / 9% bf.

Also, your body is probably in starvation mode, so you need to stagger your diet to 'shock' it up.

Say:

Monday: 2000 calories
Tues: 2250
Wednesday:2500
Thurs: 2000
Friday, 2250
Sat: 2500
Sun: 3500

Then reset again.
