I actually look forward to my leg workouts, i used to dread squatting, but i love squatting off a box. I am actually not looking forward to todays ME bench workout, what is wrong with me, lol.
i have to admit for whatever reason i just dont get up for bench days..i wish i could hit that day with the same intensity i do for squats and deads...
i have come to love my leg days now too... i have found that my legs are much more powerful than my upperbody (who woulda thought??? lol) and last time, i raped my log book by a good 130 lbs!!!!
