AAR Altered Mass (prohormone) cycle

I have some experience with Prohormones, always had good results with them. I used 1-AD in high school and loved the results I got, and I got stuck on ph's. I just started my cycle of Anabolic Androgenic Research's Altered Mass. I was benching 430 at the end of 2012, but took some time off due to shoulder pain and at this current moment I am benching 405. I have reached this goal naturally, not taking any ph's or test boosters. I have set the goal too bench 500lb's this year. Due to having 4 knee surgeries, I don't work my lower body as hard as my upper body. I will try to keep this forum updated with the results that I experience with this.

Current weight - 330
Height - 6'
Current Bench - 405 (1 rep)
225lb rep - 27
315lb rep - 9

I will be using the Russian bench press program, which is a 6 week program. (I am in my second week at this moment, wanting to take full advantage of the ph when the workout is at it's toughtest)

I am taking 1 altered mass capsule in the morning, and one around 4 o'clock. I am also taking 525mg of milke thistle daily also.

I will keep the forum updated, If you have any input, please by all means, let me know. I am always welcome to advise.

Sorry for no wed log guys, been moving and my internet still isnt hooked up at the house. Even with moving, I still found time to go to the gym, here is how it went.

Felt good at the end of my workout. I was able to get 315 7 times after my workout,, I fell like that wasn't too bad. I will keep everyone posted on the workouts to come!
