im on a 15 week cycle
decca 300
sust 350
injecting 2 times a week
im in week 5 of my cycle,
can i add any suplements or is it a waste of cash?
 
What did you want to add, and are you running 300mg of deca 2xweek or 300 total? Same question with the sust??

total per week is,
decca 600mg
sust 700mg

the decca is 300 mg/p ml
sust 350 mg/p ml

maby like a proyein, or pre workout, but i really dont have money to waste so thats why i want to know will it be worth it
 
protein is a must. along with a multivitamin and anything else u would normally take if u were not going on a cycle. your body has nutritional needs that need to be met that hormones dont provide.

protein is a def for after workouts, might want to look into stuff for bp, liver, kidneys; fish oil, potassium, Vitamin D3, AOR Total E (vitamin E complex), AOR Advanced B Complex, NAC, SAMe, Red Yeast Rice + CoQ10, Magnesium and Calcium, Odorless Garlic, MacaSure, Ginseng, Cranberry Extract, B6, Biotin lol just to name a few

no i am not useing a prolactin inhibitor, as i heard if i have enough test that will not be a problem, but will get prami if i get a prob, and im on week 5 and its still gr8, currently im useing only vitamin b complex injectable, dont want multivites coz i dont want my iron to get to high, my bp is 120/70 so its cool, and im thinking of milkthisle and fish oil. i drink allot of cranberry juice , and allot of water every day. i am happy with my gains, and i would obviously just like to get the most out of my cycle. wich type of protein would you prefer for post workout , weigh?

You heard wrong my dude. Just because test is high doesnt mean you wont have prolactin issues. Its a good idea to have the prami ON HAND. Youre still very early in your cycle, so by all means dont think youve avoided sides yet. As far as blood pressure goes, find a multivitamin with no iron. This should be priority over the milk thistle. Dont see much need for milk thistle at all but thats opinion. Milk thistle is said to protect the liver but this has never been proven. Injectables arent typically to harsh on the liver. What supplements did you have in mind? There are sooo many types of protein out there man. For me it was trial and error. Some taste better, some give me gas, some bloat me, etc etc. Just stay away from the ones loaded with sugar and other crap fillers. Good luck bro.

Hey Wanna I'm doing a test/deca cycle as well. Have you felt any increases in the gym yet? I'm starting week 4 and haven't seen much yet. Can't wait for it to kick in. Have you gained any weight yet? I've been eating like a horse and gained about 7lbs so far. Do u have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand? As far as supplements go most swear by "Gear" protein pills and casein whey protein powder. I also got some creatine pills for pre-workout and stamina.
 
They got you covered on the prolactin antagonist, if you don't use it just save it for a tren cycle... its good to have around.

The basics to me are:

Multi vitamin
B complex
Fish oil
Collagen
Glucosamine/Chondroitin complex
Whey (PWO)
Casein (bedtime)
Its never a bad idea to add milk thistle while cycling either.

The most overlooked is probrably Creatine. I have read a few threads on ology about using it while "ON". I adopted this idea and I beleive it works well. While creatine is a joke to some and loved by others, while on cycle it works and few argue that.
