AAS at 17 and 18 years old..now may need TRT ..help me out

I was as dumb as I could possiby be at 17and 18 and took gear for the first time.1 cycle each year of injections.I believe it was 750 test E and 250 DECA due..my post cycle therapy (pct) was just nolvadex.. Just to compete in a big boxing tournament that I had won.I felt invincible..now at age 20 I'm dealing with no libido. Bad sex drive and can barely gain lean muscle mass..
My Total Test levels were 203 ng/DL
Getting free testosterone and estrogen levels checked shortly..
I fear that I will not regain my natty test levels back and I'm only 20 years old.
I'm actually very nervous and feel I have screwed mself up for good..
I am not a wealthy man and I have no clue what to do.. doctor said I could possibly never have kids if I was to do this but I CANT live like this the rest of my damn life.

My questions are what should I expect to pay annually?
Is there anyway to restart my natty levels? I've heard that clomid restart protocal could do it possibly?
Is there anyone that is in or has had this type of experience happen to them?

ANY ADVICE WOULD HELP ME RITE Now..

Bro I got a couple questions..I did AAS at 17 yo and at 19 yr..I think my natty test is fucked and I think I have no choice but to do testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) I've learned to cope with that....you seem like you know what your talking about so I'm trying to find some answers..

I am 6ft1 195 lbs 11%bf..will being on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) help me mentally?will I finally be able to build hard lean muscle?(w/proper diet of course). what will it cost annually roughly? And will this be a bad move? Should I just stay with low testosterone?

I'm 20 now my man..just nervous as shitt..I will do anything to get my natty leftvels back to normal
