Ab defining

I need a routine for my abs, i've been doing abs like crasy and never seem to define, the muscle is hard as hell, but no six pack yet, anyone has some pointers?

Low body fat brings out the definition
 
Youre abs will come out when you have less bodyfat, its as simple as that.
But train them HEAVY (with weights that is).
 
Hold a 45lb plate while you're on the decline bench. Slowly go down so your back is parallel with the floor, hold for 5 seconds then slowly raise back up
Do 5-6 of those for 5 or 6 sets. It's really broughten out my abs, along with proper diet.

Push yourself away from the dinner table.

you ever notice young skinny guys have abs? they aren't doing tons of situps, they just have a high metabolism and not a ton of bodyfat.
 
ive never had problems with abs. ive been boxing since i remember myself.
i know a frined of mine that used to make 1000situps daily and he had none and i have em all. just start some cardio with low carb diet and you should be able to see em in matter of weeks.
dont do alot of situps, do 2-3sets max 15-25.
best way to burn fat is to do interval training,the kind that sprinters do.

warmup for 5 mins(running,bike whatever...)
then do 30 secs of your maximum..push to the limit and then 1 minute normal.
repeat 8-12 times like that and i promise that with adequate diet in few weeks ull have good abs. try getting some fat burners to that.
