Ab Routine

Hi guys, just wanted to get some advice on my current ab routine.

I got it out of a book and its pretty intense and says to do 6 days a week, i am currently doing it 3-4 days a week.

Current routine -

partial situp ( like a crunch ) 100 reps
Crunch/leg roll combo 2 x 35
Bicycles 2 x 35
Leg raises 2 x 35
Leg Roll 2 x 35

Is this to much? and if so can someone suggest a good routine?

My aim is to lose the last bit of fat around gut, ive got a bit of an upper outline of my abs coming out and i know cardio is the key and im workin on it but not sure if im overworking the ab area.

Thoughts?
 
take a look at the ab ripper x dvd that is part of the p90x system. It is a kick ass ab workout and only takes 15 mins.
