About to run T3/Clen need some advice.

I've read that while running t/3 and clen u should run some aas. Now my question is what AAS do you guys recommend i should take? this will be my first time running this so what do u recommend? hope yall can help thanx

Ok i see 16 people has viewed my post and not even 1 has commented on it? I know i might be a rookie but come on I know there are alot of people in this forum that know about this all im asking is be nice enough to share your knowledge with a rookie.
 
Thanks for your response Blondie. I am 5'10 and weigh 200 and am planning on taking Clenbuterol 120 mcg and t3 100 mcg. For clen im planning to run 1 week and 1 week off. and during the week im off im substitute it with ECA. Everyday I run and exercise. My main goal is to get a six pack and hopefully i accomplish it. I been told that clen and t3 makes u lose muscles as well so I would like to know what AAS I should start with so I dont lose that much muscles. Hope u can help and again thanx for replying.

That Was a big misconception that MOST users of these compounds made a few years back but a few still do.

The theory behind it was after 2 weeks of clen you needed to give you beta 2 receptors a break. If you didnt the effects of the clen would quickly start tapering off. So During the time off in between clen people would take ephedra. Only problem is, ephedra works on the same exact beta 2 receptors that the clen works on. So during the week off in between clen when you are supposed to be trying to up regulate your receptors, you just bombarding them with ephedra.

Still to this day I read about people doing this and it makes no sense. You should use either Keto or Benydril at night and run the clen or ephedra for 4-5 weeks straight. The keto of benydril will keep your beta receptors clear for this amount of time.

O ok thanx for the advice but that still leaves me with the same question wich AAS should i start with? and for how long? so i dont lose alot of muscles
 
No one will give an answer to this without knowing you stats, training history, possibly diet, etc. Then once you give all this information I would be willing to bet that the answer you will get is "your not ready for AAS..." But thats just a gut call. So post up your stats...
 
my stats is 510 200 pounds i run everyday of my life. and i lift weights but not as much as i run. my diet is high protein and low fat. my accomplishment is to get a six pack
 
It has been said that test is best, and with good reason. I'd recommend 500 mgs. per week of testosterone enanthate, along with a smallish dose of aromasin to prevent aromatization into estrogen, you can probably take 25 mgs. every 3 days.
 
oh ok i see wut ur saying... i have a question what if i use deca + testosterone enthate and my t3/clen cycle? do u think that would work? let me know please thanx
 
keep it simple. you wan to run a T3/Clen cycle just add some test to the mix. just like Trevordog said.
T3 is hard on the muscles and so long as you run test with it you will still maintain your muscle.
but now the thing is that T3/clen should not be run for more then 6 weeks at a time.
so if you run a test only cycle with this and run it for 12 weeks you could run the T3/clen combo 4 weeks on 4weeks off 4 weeks on. that way you get 8 weeks out of a cycle and then start pct 2 weeks after last injection.
 
Pct, we all have our own preferance. mine i like to run Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) at 250iu x2 pw with the cycle.
as for Clomid amd Nolvadex it just changed my split and it feels a lot better then it ever did.
Clom= 75/50/50/25
Nolv= 40/30/20/20
some say higher some say lower but this one works well for me.

I've done a couple cycles of T3 in the past, while I was on gear of course.

I've got to say..I don't react well to it in a couple of ways. Even on 500mg Test/400mg NPP, I was still losing muscle on T3 @ 100mcg ED. My strength dropped a LOT, about 20lbs on ALL of my lifts. I was on T3 and ECA for about 4 weeks. It took me about that much time to get my strength back to where it was before using T3.

My recommendation is to stay away from T3 if possible. ECA and Clen are both great, rotating them back and forth. ECA actually builds up over time and is more effective. I've run 2 weeks of Clen and then 4 weeks of ECA with pretty good results. The key to using any of these products is eating very clean and keeping your cardio up. They won't do much without doing so. T3 is easier because you are burning up more without doing anything, but I saw that it actually tended to make me hungrier, craving carbs actually, moreso than often.

If you do run T3, id run it at no more than 50mcg ED, with ECA alongside to help suppress your appetite.
 
I've run T3 for months at a time with no problems. The old advice to run it for 6 weeks at a time is really without any justification. Clen does lose effectiveness after about 2 weeks so it makes sense to go 2 on 2 off with that.

i've read and heard of that. i've never done it so i couldn't say try it. Good point.

If you run t3 by its self you will probably burn through some muscle. Which is why people run clen with it, as clen is believed to have an anti catabolic effect.

Ive run clen/t3 in many cycles and not lost much muscle, even on a keto diet. I think people mistake fat loss and muscle flatness for muscle loss.

I never really notices a loss of strength but, I wouldnt care. Im not trying to be a weight lifter or power lifter, Im trying to body build.
