About to take ostarine for the first time

Hi guys, I'm trying this thing out and its my first ever of this kind of thing so I'm quite inexperienced. I want to take it for about 4weeks just to see how I feel then get off it.

I don't have access to clomid or nolva after, however I do have 2g of raloxifene. Does anyone know if that will be a safe way to counteract any supression?

Top of the screen. You can get your supplies through the sponsor. Don't start until you have your PCT ready.

I have only read about mild suppression with Osta but I would do PCT just to be sure and get blood tests to ensure full recovery.

TBH I'm not sure how effective raloxifene is for pct. I know it's a great combatant for gyno. The banner above (RUI Products) carries research grade nolva and clomid. I'd use that instead. I have much experience with SARMS so here's what I would do.

Ostarine 25mg/day, weeks 1-8
Clomid 25-50mg/day, weeks 1-12

So basically you're running clomid along side osta to combat the suppression, then continuing the clomid 3-4 weeks after the cycle to assure full recovery. That has worked best for me. Run the osta the full 8 weeks because it takes 2-3 weeks to really feel it working.

Interesting, so you would definitely suggest starting clomid alongside the SARM? I usually read that most people do it for 4 weeks after the cycle. Perhaps I could try raloxifene alongside it, and do clomid for the last 4 weeks?

The idea behind running it alongside the SARM is to counteract the suppression, and then ensure the recovery by extending it four weeks more. Rather than being suppressed for 8 weeks, and then trying to bring it back. It's just healthier not to have low test anyway, and clomids cheap as fuck.

I wouldn't bother with Ralox for that purpose. It would help, and be better than nothing, but why skimp on it when ralox wouldn't even be a quarter as effective as clomid... Look after your health/recovery first!
