abs have watery look for what reason?

if i always keep my diet the same..week after week and it has given me great results and has cut a significant amount of bf, what would cause my abs/stomach to hold more water at times more than others if my diet hasnt changed? its sorta frustrating. maybe a big cheat day to shock my system might work:) any suggestions or input??
 
sodium is always pretty low..all i take is ephedra right now. i AM noticing this at the end of the night right now but its at the end of the week after ive stuck to my diet for 5 days straight. weight hasnt gone up either so im just curious as to why id look different.
 
Well, water retention is a tricky thing. It can be influenced by a lot of outside factors. Slight diet alterations, increased stress, decreased water intake, etc. can all contribute to it, with some of these not being completely within your control. The only thing that I could recommend would be to make sure that your water intake remains high and consistent throughout and try to eliminate those other outside factors. However there may be nothing that you can do about as it may just be your body's natural reaction to your diet and training.
 
so simply temporary? the weekend is here so its time to cheat but i almost feel like i shouldnt because of the watery look
 
I really wouldn't worry about it. Your water levels go up and down all the time. If you need to look a specific way on a certain date then you can always make adjustments to ensure you'll be top condition on that day, but other then that your body will naturally hold some more water at some times then others.
 
ohh i go way above that trust me..ill be a good 7-10 pounds heavier by the end of the weekend..usually comes off within the following 3 days
