Abs only

I'm kind of a big deal...
how do you workout your Abs. How often and what kind of exercises do you do. im trying to get the v shape and i have a ok six pack but nothing to write home about. any ideas.
 
Having your abs visible comes down to having low body fat. I usually work my abs once or twice a week. I do leg raises, side sit-ups for obliques, and weighted crunches/sit-ups on the decline bench.
