Whats the very least amount of cardio one should do for general health? Im not trying to lose any weight, just wanna keep my heart in good shape for the recent weight increase, and the extra lbs. I plan on gaining.
After you lift do some interval training on a eliptical or cycle. 1 minute warm up, 4 minutes with 20 seconds as hard as you can go and 10 seconds slow, and then 1 minute cool down. It only tskes 6 minutes and it works. Do this atleast 3 times a week.
Yeah thats why Ive avoided it so long, just have to start lookin out for my health. Few more years and I might actually clean up my diet, not today though. I mean I eat lots of clean food, I just eat lots of garbage too.
