the 1st few times can be painful... gotta figure out what works best for you.. some people cant do quads.. I ONLY do quads.. but its all personal preference.. make sure you are going in STRAIGHT and quick.. like throwing a dart.. aspirate then slowly inject... I have also found the outside muscle in my quads are PAINLESS and the medial muscle aches like a charlie horse for a few days..
