Accutane - can anyone provide some insight?

I am banned!
Honestly I never really get any acne no matter what I'm taking and at what dosages, except for a little on my back, and a small zit on my face here and there.

But even when I cruise on 250mg test a week or even 200, my face just gets really oily. ESPECIALLY when I add tren. I just added tren @ 50mg ED yesterday and already today at work I found myself wiping my face every hour.. and all I do is sit at the computer in the air conditioning.

How would a very low does of Accutane work for me, around 10mg ED?
I remember once I was hospitalized for 2 weeks on IV antibiotics and my skin was like a baby's ass! I want that back!

I usually run 40mg ed. It's the only thing I take that really effect liver enzymes.

40 is considered HIGH on a bloods, but when I took it normal with 40 ED, I got around 38-39 back. Not too bad.

Then I added NAC 1.2g, dropped it down to 34-36 range, So it's better.

I run it year round. I think it's okay to do too if ur B/C, just don't abuse other AAS orals, drinking and pain killers in this blend or ur enzymes will go too high.

I dropped down to 20 atm, it's not doing so good. So i'm putting it back to 40.

I promise you that your 50mg pin of tren isn't making your skin more oily in one day. Foods, weather, even changes in soaps/detergents can increase sebaceous output. If you're not breaking out to the point where you have issues in public, why take something that has a list of adverse effects a mile long?

You can try other alternatives if oil production bothers you, including an antihistamine like benadryl, tanning, or experiment with your diet. Accutane is a bazooka, and I would honestly use it as a last resort.

My .02c :)

I would solve the route of the problem rather than adding a bunch of other stuff to combat it...

The oily skin is a good indicator that 250mg isn't a cruise dose - drop it down to 200mg and you'll notice an improvement :)

Accutane is for severe acne only.

Are you doing anything for your estrogen? When mine gets high I have problems with oily skin.

I couldn't get it sorted, so I started Accutane at 10mg a day and it has done wonders for my skin in about 3 weeks. The only negative side I've experienced is chapped lips.

Accutane is a harsh drug, multiple side effects are possible but vary by person and it works wonders for acne. I'm currently on month 3 of a 6 month program, the acne will get worse before it gets better. Dosage is based upon your weight/age and I highly suggest going w a doctor. I see mine every 2 weeks and get labs done all the time so they can monitor the impacts. I've been lucky that I've only had a few sides so far.

I literally do not wash my face with any soaps, shampoos, face washes.. etc.

Water and a loofa/rag/scrubbie, or just water and my hands. Unless I actually have engine oil, or dirt or something on my face.. it gets water only. I get a zit here and there as my beard grows in.. otherwise it's generally clear year round.

Back and shoulders get zits here and there.. and sometimes I get bumpy skin around my Delt injection site but that may just be a reaction to the oil or solvent used in the compounds. I do wash everything but my face with Soap obviously..

I have had cystic acne as long as I can remember, i take 20,000iu vitamin A ed with 5 grams of b5 and it keeps it at bay and my skin feels amazing

Because of the Accutane, or acne in general? Most folks I know with cystic acne find it clears up with tanning, as UV-B is a biocide - killing bacteria.

because of accutane when on accuatne skin is very sensitive also it's better to run cycle on winter season because of that.
