I started a thread about keeping acne under control a couple days ago, and ever since ive been researching and have found a very interesting article and thought id share.
when i run just test i generally dont get acne, my worst acne breakout occured when i ran anadrol.
In this article they listed liver damage being the main cause of acne. When the liver is not functioning at its proper capacity, toxins from your body begin to expel through your skin in terms of sweat....

so does this mean, protecting our liver or using non liver toxic steroids will prevent acne?
