is there anyway to prevent acne at all with aas?

will only be running test e for first cycle and the one thing that bothers me more than anything is ACNE! i really do not want it.

im not a spotty person myself now so does it depend on the individual or do you get it regardless of some degree?

you will pick some up. but shower and wash with a scent free soap. use one that will moisturize the skin.
tanning helps if you have the ocean then salt water is great also.

Tan.
shower 2x a day *especially post workout asap*
Wear loose clothes to the gym and clean your benches / workout equipment b4 using.
get a script for some face/body wash if its super bad.
or just go with the proactive advantage lol

Hello Friends.........

Tips to prevent acne

1.Honey has lots of curing as well as cleansing properties. Open pores in face by applying warm water or mild steam and then apply honey. Wait for few minutes before washing it first using warm water. Cold water can then be splashed on face to close open pores.

2. Wash your face at least twice a day Wash more often in summers to prevent oils from getting accumulated and keep face clean.

3.Tone - People generally do not give toning any importance and it is often left out. Do tone your skin after cleansing as it clears face of any leftover cleanser. If residue is left on face, that clogs the pores resulting in acne.

4.Add fresh fruits, vegetables in diet and take vitamin, chromium, zinc supplements.

5.Teenagers must not wear heavy makeup on faces. If you have to, use water based products avoiding oil-based products.

6.Drink at least 10 glasses of water in a day. Water is a best cleanser as it helps flushing out toxins of the body.

Thanks

I have found that running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during my cycle helps to reduce estrogen and bloat. For some reason this keeps my back clean as whistle. When I don't do the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or I don't pin often enough I get some mild acne.

If I pin Prope everyday versus every other day it makes me break out a little bit.

Remember this works for me and I don't know if it is medically factual. Hope this helps.

So are these all just ways to make the acne more mild or to prevent it. I always heard with some of this stuff your gonna get it one way or another, since it makes your skin much more oily.

Everyone elses advice is..OK, but not going to stop your acne by anymeans. If you had acne as a teenage you will get some kind of acne on cycle, thats just how it is.. The only way to actually STOP the acne from coming is accutane. A 6 month cycle of accutane before/on/after a cycle will wipe out all existing acne and for the most part completely stop it from coming back for YEARS if not forever. I had insane fucking acne, took every drug known to man, every home ritual, upped my water intake, spent thousands on med spas doing microderms, red/blue light treatments, lasers ext. Dr's wouldnt give me accutane so I found it online ordered it and 6 months later not ONE fucking pimple. It's 2-3 years later now and 2 cycles later and my acne is SO minimal. It's easy for people without acne to outrule accutane and say its a bad drug with side effects, but if your acne is really im bad, I have a feeling you would be willing to give it a try.

I did two cycles of test and deca and got no acne at all. I do shower twice a day so i don't know if that's why i had no acne i think it different for everyone

hopefully thats not why most people get acne lol... That would mean theres alot of dirty bastards up in this bitch, isnt showering twice daily like... a very common thing to do? lol

HOLY FUCK! People please do not listen to this morons advice...some of it is downright dangerous.

Definately tan.
I took acutane a few years back so it keeps me acne free pretty much forever lol but thats off the market now sooooo...
Also, if you take a bar of soap, non scented, and scrub your face with it, that helps as well. There are a few higher end soaps have granules to scrub dead skin off your face, those work as well.

Regular non acne soap on your face is actually worse then washing your face with nothing at all. Also, tanning INITIALLY makes your skin LOOK clear, but is actually worse for acne.

OP you are copyright infringing on my username, i thought my name was un-original and kinda lame but must be alright for you to copy it

i'm in the same position as you. I'm pretty acne prone. And i've still got it from my last cycle. I've tried tanning; helped a little, nothin dramatic though. I was prescribed clindamyacin by my doctor; didn't do sh!t for me. Then prescribed triaz foaming cloths and retin-a micro gel; not really working too well. I'm thinking about asking for a low dose of accutane to see if i can finally get rid of this

"""""""Acne - Myths and Misperceptions

A common myth by many is that getting a tan will help clear up acne. Although it's true that for many, the tan helps COVER the redness associated with acne but it does not and will not clear up your acne. Not only does tanning not eliminate acne but if you over do it you have now added the additional problems and risks associated with excessive exposure to the sun or tanning beds. Over indulgence may do more harm and actually create MORE acne so be careful."""""

ONCE AGAIN, TANNING DOES NOT CLEAR UP ACNE!...You wanna go on a hot date Friday and its monday? Tan until thursday so your skin APPEARS clear for Friday, thats about all tanning to clear acne is good for.
