ACNE: Mangment, causes, reduction:

Hey Fellas,

I just wanted to share my experience with acne and combating. I am still having issues but, my acne has drastically improved.

Acne before AAS:
-Only on my face as a teenager
-I was prescribed: Creams, antibiotics, and then eventually accutane.

First cycles: Just Test
-Never had acne on shoulders/chest/back
-Face would actually clear up

More Advanced cycles:
-Tren/Orals(dbol): caused acne to become severe and cover chest/shld/back

Accutane experience:((Prescribed)
We all have heard of accutane being the cure all and forever for acne. Accutane was the absolute worse thing I have ever put into my body. The mental side effects easily beat any hormone I have used. I was on for 11months, I started low then ease into higher doses. I started to have acne on top of acne and terribly dry skin, couldn't move my face to show expression and was in too much pain to even kiss my gf. I was told I am the (3%) of people who break out worse when on accutane. .... awesome right.

I still currently have acne but I became extremely concerned with it when my neck was breaking out bad. So I started to look for alternative methods to help my breakouts.

Supplements to take:
-NAC:1000mg Help detoxify liver and process fats, along with clearing out lymph nodes(lymph are responsible for clearing away old hormones)
-Zinc:100mg reduce swelling of sebaceous glands
-B5:upwards of 20g reduce oil produced by sebaceous, detoxify liver gallbladder(if tasked body will remove toxins via other methods..skin)
-Vit C:upwards of 15g cell rejuvenation
-Fish Oil: preferably 100% krill, lack of EFA's can cause acne on neck

Washing:
-I dont scrub or use anything but my hands, this is just me. I notice it causes worse breakouts. Same if I pick at a blackhead, it becomes much larger.
-Dr. Bronners soap
-Witch hazel w/aloe to help close pores

Other:
-Tanning has always helped me, not only cover up acne and scars but it clears my skin up fast...I have to be consistent and then get too tan haha

Diet:
-Less simple sugars(only in morning, preWO, PostWO) no wheat, no diary, no corn

AAS:
-Personally I feel while on tren and orals I always have a surge of breakouts. Not sure if anyone else has noticed tendencies with their own AAS use but I would be very interested to know.
-As a test my cycle has dropped to just test and masteron.
-High estrogen, when my acne was at its worse my estrogen was elevated. Controlling my estro now has improved but still hasn't been a cure all.

I hope someone can benefit from this post; and would love to hear about what y'alls experience with preventing/helping acne have been.
