Adding HGH to TRT regimen

Bros! It's been a LONG time
I've been on prescribed TRT for 3+ months now; 90mg Cypionate twice weekly. Just added HCG 250iu twice weekly. Not currently on any AI's but just got labs done and heading to doc today to review them so that may change. I'm 32 yrs, currently at 170lbs 12-15% bf; goal is 202lbs at 8-10%.
I've got 5 kits of HGH on the way and planning on running indefinitely. I was planning on running 4iu 5 on 2 off. I'm very much wanting to avoid any use of insulin so my question is how much higher could I go from 4iu (if any) without running into insulin resistance.
Thank you for taking the time to read this; much appreciated, cheers~

is this doc or self prescribed? why did you get on trt to begin with? why have you not pinned an ai?
for what purpose are you going to pin hgh?

Doc prescribed; just got back from my lab appointment. Estrogen is still low so she doesn't want me on an AI right now. Reasons for HGH are mainly for lean muscle mass and getting the most out of my TRT since I wont be doing larger cycles like I used to; and psychological benefits. I suffered from major depression for years after my parent's deaths and anti-depressants were the main reason I fell off from the gym for so long and lost years due to them; I feel better on TRT than any anti-d's ever touched; want to maximize my current regimen.

Ok bros my blue tops are arriving today. Perfect timing too; I strained my lower back (old injury) doing T-bar rows on Wednesday so I'm taking the rest of the week off to recover.
My ramp up:
Weeks 1-4 = HGH 2 IU
Week 5 = HGH 2.5 IU
Week 6 = HGH 3.0 IU
Week 7 = HGH 3.5 IU
Week 8 and beyond = HGH 4IU

Planning pre-bedtime injections to avoid lethargy (high liver enzymes are already causing it)
Does that sound ok or should I adjust?

before bedtime is good. there is a fantastic thread on this here https://www.steroidology.com/forum/classic-s/47027-hgh-timing-inject-discussion.html

Have you gotten your IGF-1 baseline level? The reason I am asking: I manage to raise mine from 97 to 247 with 3IU, and someone with baseline of 280 went down to 240 on 2IU which is waste of money if you ask me...

Also - 2 days off is old protocol when HGH was too expensive to be ran every day. I personally would not recommend it. Bottom line - test IGF-1 first, then set goal and do follow up testing to dial in.

Started my HGH on thursday. Currently at 2iu pinning before bed. Only thing I noticed so far was a slight increase in heart rate, skin is starting to feel slightly smoother and I'm getting the best sleep of my life. If this is a preview for things to come I'm hooked for life. Also decided to just run every day.

So currently now at:
Test-C 200mg weekly (Dr prescribed)
HCG 500iu weekly
HGH 2iu (will end up at 4iu)

You guys think I'd be good if I increased the taper to:
Wk 1 2iu
Wk2 2.5iu
Wk3 3iu
Wk4 3.5iu
Wk5 4iu

My theory on HGH is split up the doses into morning and night. Your body puts out small bursts multiple times per day, so I though that would be better.

I have read several places it doesn't matter if you split it up or take it all at once, but I chose to split it.

Ended up at 3IU. At 4 the carpal tunnel and hand numbness was too much.

Keep us posted please.

Main reason for dosing before bed is to avoid fatigue; have hep-c and fatigue is a bitch already. Starting treatment in a week though so it should get better.

Does that taper look ok?

Your taper looks fine, but you might want to find the sweet spot, around 16-20 IU per week. Overtime 28 IU is a pretty high dose. How long are you planning on running it for?

Its amazing, and studies have shown it increases the effectiveness of testosterone in the body.

Its a great way to get more without side effects.

Be cautious with the HGH dosing guys, physiological dosages are great and return organs to their normal healthy youthful state. But taking too much makes your organs too large, especially the heart and this can cause it to stop functioning properly.

So as of today I am honestly considering aborting the HGH. Getting dizzy; loads of anxiety; from what I've read HGH can increase T4 to T3 conversion and I think that's what's causing it. I had similar effects when supplementing high dose olive leaf extract (also increases t4>t3). I actually had to go out and buy phenibut on friday to calm me down and I fucking hate that shit.
This really blows as I was really stoked on it, but if it's going to cause this, can't do it.

I think you think too much. One anxiety issue can't be blamed on the GH. Your playing X-files with the anxiety. "I read this, so this leads me to this, which could be this, which means that my foot will fall off and it's all Kevin Bacon's fault." Relax.

LMAO. I know I think too much. I actually restarted the HGH and dropped the HCG for now and it seemed to have really helped. I actually noticed the dizziness after starting the HCG and since stopping it's totally resolved. I will probably go back on it just at a lower dose.
Everything is going fine now though so super stoked it wasn't the GH causing it.

Your're X-filing stuff again. LOL. Are you sure your dose was 500 IU's and not 5000 that you took?
