Adding slin again, some questions

I've used slin many times but I always wonder if I get the timing right. I had read somewhere that insulin timing is irrelevant if your bulking and eating everything in sight (which is what I plan on doing)? Easy question. Anytime I used insulin I was always full of food so I never really felt the hypo maybe once or twice. But I'm just wondering if timing the slin matters while on a full bulk.

Insulin users only please, no bandwagon riders who haven't used insulin yet. The point is, I know both of the peak times, I just full of food all day so I never go hypo. I usually pin before or after a workout and just eat and keep eating.

--Not morning, pre or post, with other meals?

If so I'd suggest trying to get a faster acting and just go post workout with gh.
--if you can't afford gh at even a low dose...I guess ghrp, igf, mgf could be beneficial.

For Humulin: I would go pre workout, drink a intra shake of 50g dextrin, 10g bcaa. My peak time would be about 20-30mins post. So post workout I'd have 50g whey, 75-100g dextrin, 8g glutamine.

My pwo meal(1 hr after shake) would again be heavy carbs 50g whey pro or a very lean protein. No fats.

My main question is, what's the big deal let's say if I take a slin shot before the workout and just keep eating, vs making shakes and timing it diff. Like, I just take a shot, slam a meal then head to the gym and sip on some OJ and then go home and eat again because that's what I usually do if I take it before the gym. I don't really pay attention much to the time because I don't feel hypo I'm full of food. Not being a dick, serious question.

Would that be fine as well? I was just also told while bulking if your eating a lot it doesn't really matter when you shoot it as long as you always have ENOUGH carbs in you. With humulin r of course.

And no gh for me. Too expensive

I like using pre workput with Humulin R but I am always hesitant to recommend it because I case see someone pushing it and screwing up.However what you are doing will work & your dose isnt crazy high (but not super low either-in fact i like it). I also try to keep my meals low fat. Not necessarily because i believe taking fats with slin will make you fat but it will dull the insulin response so I try to avoid them. Not eliminate-that's impossible- but low fat from the time i do the shot through to around 3/4 of the slins active effects. Then I eat meals with higher fats, especially during a bulk.

Oh ok thanks man, so what I'm doing is working then? I thought it had to be timed perfectly, I guess that applies more towards if your cutting and using slin.

Its more important with humalog but if your taking in the carbs you are and taking in, taking it pwo yoou are, imo, timing it right. PWO is my fav time to take humulin R and I think you get the most benefit that way.
Humalog I do first thing upon waking and then post workout.
Cutting with slin is dancing with the devil and only for the advanced that know their body and have taken it slow and found what works. to cut using slin you have to slowly lower the carb intake and see how low you can go without isue. Dancing with the devil man. Can it be done- yes, is it something I openly discuss and advise on the boards - no fing way.

I just take 10iu before the gym, slam a big glass of OJ. Go to the gym and drink some soda on thew way home and then eat, I don't usually feel anything so that's why I was worried if timing with humulin r is a big deal or not. I just always am full of carbs and food so I just take it before the gym like I repeated 100x. My bad lol.
 
The reason you would want to "time/dose" is to prevent spilling over IMO. What you are doing would absolutely work though. Especially for a bulk.

They way your eating a slow release might better suit you. Lantus. Take in the morning and then eat all day. I have never done this but it has been recommended to me.
I would certainly dig more into that. Then some guys go a step further lantus and then humalog post workout. This is when you really need to know your body and have it dialed in. The overlapping slin inj are tricky to say the least.

But I recommend sticking with the fast acting!

Confirmed, I always wear a medical alert bracelet in the gym just in case things go very sideways.

Working out in the morning excaberates the issues, unfortunately for me.
