it was a long time ago- he basically just FRIES your triceps with NEVER ending rep after rep of press down movements. when i couldn't do one more, he gave me a break and then had me do more.
i don't know if he still advocates it. I'd argue that its silly, but the guy benches in the high 700s i believe so i'm not gonna argue with him.
