Adex introduced 1 week in : Should I be feeling it already?

If you've ever (Or still do) take hcg and you remember that nice warm feeling it gave you. Well, I haven't had one of those feelings in years. 1 week later, my hcg shot made me feel that way again. Freak accident or AI taking effect? Also injected yesterday test+hcg, didn't quite feel it, but today with adex I went from feeling sleepy to ready for work in minutes. Again, freak accident placebo effect?

What sort of feelings, physical effects should I look for?

ETA: I'm going to bed wanting my wife and waking up wanting my wife...she thinks I've done something bad and I'm trying to make up for something. Told it was my hormones...she should understand. SMACK

Not placebo. Arimidex works extremely fast.
For me personally, I feel it slowly acting day 1. Kicking in day 2, and by day 3 I'm dropping excess water.
