Adex through PCT or stop before?

I'm aware that very few people agree on the exact protocol for PCT but today was the first time I ran across the idea that it's bad to run adex through post cycle therapy (pct). After coming across this I searched the webs and found that this is a fairly common discussion, especially as it concerns the use of adex and nolva concurrently.

Anyone want to weigh in?

Ok well I've got adex and I'm not just going to toss it out so after running it on cycle so should I taper it down then start aromasin along with my clomid and nolva?

I've heard not to run adex into post cycle therapy (pct). not sure why. Anyway, on my first cycle I tapered down my adex before starting my nolva. Went well I guess, so I'm doing it again in two weeks when I pct

Arimidex has drug interactions with some PCT drugs such as Nolvadex which can reduce the effectiveness of both drugs. You can google tamoxifen and anastrozole drug interactions (their generic names) for more information.

Nolva inhibits Adex, but not completely. You may need to run it at a higher dose to get the desired effects. But if you've kept your estrogen under control with the Adex, then you wont have much estrogen in your system when you start the serms. The serms will stop the extra estrogen from binding to receptors, but since your no longer taking test then you won't be aromatizing much anyways. I don't think it would be necessary to run Adex through PCT, I'd say leading up to, but not through.

I herd that aromasin was a very minor steroidal, and if your planning on running it though PCT you could see issues with your body restarting....

Yes. A-sin is a steroidal Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and has some androgenic properties. We don't want any additional androgenic drugs in our systems to potentially interrupt the restoration of the HPTA.

Ai run up to post cycle therapy (pct). stopped. Serm therapy then begins. Do not run your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) , whatever type (1 or 2) in your pct.
