adrenal fatigue and lifting

Has anyone ever dealt with this? I have pretty low cortisol so in order to fix this issue I'll have to make a lot of lifestyle changes such as diet and lifting. I'm wondering from anyone that has experienced adrenal issues, how hard can you lift? I don't want to stop.
 
i'm having some major fatigue issues..def not fun! Caffeine is my temp fix..but if anyone has something better please post :)
 
Have you gotten a cortisol saliva test? It measures your cortisol from 8am, noon, 4pm, and 11-midnight. Also get tsh and vitamin d checked. If it is adrenal issues caffeine will only make it worse, so I've cut out all caffeine and refined sugars, etc.
 
I want to get checked for it bc I've noticed a lot of its symptoms. I always lift 100% and will continue to do so till the end.

Yea man, I hear you. I would get the cortisol saliva test (not blood), tsh, vitamin d, potassium, sodium. A lot of those things you can fix, if they are deficient. They'll probably come back normal.
