Hi Gents,

I have been cycling for years now but I am currently baffled with my libido situation. Was running 750 mg/week Test E and libido was very strong. Right around the time I increased the dosage to 1000 mg/week, my libido started to drop.

I had bloods done right around that point and estradiol & prolactin were well within range (labs attached). My libido has continued to decrease and I'm now having a hard time getting/maintaining an erection. Not currently experiencing any other high/low estrogen sides that I'm aware of.

I had been running 12.5mg Aromasin at 750mg test, but I increased aromasin to 25 mg/day about 3 days ago and still no improvement. Any ideas? Thanks for any help!!!

Might be that old adage that more isn't always better. Have you tried dropping your dose back to 750 just to see? Are you taking any orals? Your liver values are up

personally, I would not be afraid to back off the AI just a bit and let the estrodial elevate slightly . I have a stronger libido when my E is on the higher end (yours is on the lower end).

note: your liver values and creatinine are probably just elevated because of protein synthesis and muscle break down due to you being on cycle and training hard (the values in the blood stream are prob coming from muscle protein, not your actual liver)

I haven't tried dropping the test back down yet - I'm ramping up for a contest so I don't want to reduce it unless as a last resort. Thank you

Estradiol is too low, non-sensitive assays are about 10-15 points higher than what they really are. Unfortunately you didn't get the sensitive assay for testosterone, which might also confirm less testosterone than you think.

I'd imagine you're on NSAIDs or a drinker too? (liver is quite high actually)

My .02c :)

Ok, that would make sense! I will lay off the AI and see. I'm running 50 mg/day Anadrol which I suspect is the main contributor to my liver values. Many thanks for your help.

Having been a heavy drinker for a few decades (no longer a drinker now), if I even look at a picture of M1T or such my liver values start to rise drastically. :(
