advice at 11 weeks out

just asking some advice. i am currently 11 weeks out from my 3rd figure show. i know i've done this before - but my body is different this time - i was fatter to start than before etc.
so, i am currently sitting at 15% bf and 126 lbs. i am aiming for 8-10%bf for show. i want to be really lean this time. i have been in pre-contest training 10 wks already. i just came down to 1400 cals 100 carbs 210 protein and 17 fat - (approx) each day this past week. i carb rotated for a few weeks, but then went to this.
my question is -is this enough at 11 weeks out do you think? i eat oatmeal for my first meal's carb, yams for the next two, then its all veggies from there the rest of the day for carbs. i eat 8 times.
i am taking 10mg anavar/day.
i cardio after weights in p.m for 30 min 5x a week and i do a.m cardio for 30 min only 2 or 3x a week. i added the cardio 5 wks ago.
just dont want to waste any time at 11 weeks out making mistakes, ya know?

What results are you getting?

How many pounds away are you from your ideal poundage on contest day? If you have 20 or less pounds to lose from 11 weeks out I think you will be alright but anymore may be cutting it close.

If you plateau add more cardio. If you plateau again change your diet. If you plateua once more add more cardio and etc.

Considering you haven't added much cardio yet you may be alright.
 
Ive dropped another pound since i posted this so im at 125lbs and 9.5 weeks out. i was aiming for a stage weight of about 115 or so and 8%bf. im sitting at about 14%bf maybe slightly less.
its hard for me to aim for a weight because i have put on quite a bit of muscle this past year - and im not sure what i will weigh at 8%bf. plus i am taking anavar and that has changed my progress too, from what i have been used to previous pre-contest preps.
starting this past week - i just cut the weight days in half - to 3x per week and i added 3 days of 90 minutes of cardio for a 6 day training week - i thought i would do this for 3 or 4 weeks just to get some fat off - then i can always bump the weight days back up and lay off the cadio just a little?

I wouldn't drop the weights but I would up the cardio.
