Advice for Proper way to use hCG

I'm preparing for my first cycle.

I got 3 vials of hCG each containing 5000IU
With 3 vials of 1cc Normal saline to mix

According to my plan, I have to inject
250IU of HCG each time but I dont know how

If 1cc contains 5000IU then I have to draw 0.05cc of diluted hCG from the vial but is that even possible..?
(I'm not sure what the total volume will be.. Maybe 2cc? Then I should draw 0.1cc each time and it seems more reasonable)

And should I keep the vial in a refrigerator?

You should use Bacteriostatic Water rather than the saline mix to reconstitute your hCG.

And you mix 5ml into 5000iu giving you 1000iu per ml.. Using a insulin syringe the full syrinf would be 1000iu
