week 1-12
test e 500mg
tren e 300mg

week 7-13
mast prop 450mg

week 15-18
clomid 50mg/nolva 30mg ED

arimidex 0.5mg eod thoughout entire cycle right through PCT

50mg proviron ED might also be a nice addition throughout the cycle

also isnt nolvadex an AI? if not what should i take?

Nolvadex is a SERM. Things like Adex, Aromasin, and Letrozole are AIs.
