Hi everyone, I'm looking for some advice, especially from those who live in Australia. I have placed several orders over the last 24 months with one of our reputable sponsors, (RUI) and have had no issues what so ever.
However, my recent order did not arrive and I received a letter from customs indicated that my parcel had been seized. the letter says that I have two vials that contain HUMAN GROWTH Hormones GHRP-6and HGH Fragment 5mg.
I have a couple of questions:
1. I was under the impression that peptides, particularly those that are "not for human use", were OK to purchase as they fell into a grey legal area, hence why our sponsors exist and hence why my previous orders arrived.
2. What can I do? The letter also indicates that these items are prohibited unless permission to import these goods has been granted.
The options on the letter indicate that I can a) Do nothing and the contents will be forfeited by the government. b) make a claim, (but customs may proceed with legal action). There is a number to call and I was going to contact them and be honest, letting them know that I wouldn’t have ordered these items if I knew they would be seized etc.
Any advice from my fellow Aussies or those with similar experiences would be appreciated.
