Advice from any Aussies. Order seized by customs.

Hi everyone, I'm looking for some advice, especially from those who live in Australia. I have placed several orders over the last 24 months with one of our reputable sponsors, (RUI) and have had no issues what so ever.

However, my recent order did not arrive and I received a letter from customs indicated that my parcel had been seized. the letter says that I have two vials that contain HUMAN GROWTH Hormones GHRP-6and HGH Fragment 5mg.

I have a couple of questions:

1. I was under the impression that peptides, particularly those that are "not for human use", were OK to purchase as they fell into a grey legal area, hence why our sponsors exist and hence why my previous orders arrived.

2. What can I do? The letter also indicates that these items are prohibited unless permission to import these goods has been granted.

The options on the letter indicate that I can a) Do nothing and the contents will be forfeited by the government. b) make a claim, (but customs may proceed with legal action). There is a number to call and I was going to contact them and be honest, letting them know that I wouldn’t have ordered these items if I knew they would be seized etc.

Any advice from my fellow Aussies or those with similar experiences would be appreciated.

Im not an aussie, but ive had a seizure letter before, and i definitly, DEFINITLY wouldnt contace them crazy bastards. See if you can get your order reshipped.

yeah - Im starting to think thats the easiest option. Just took a look at the government customs act re prohibited substances:
Growth hormones (natural and manufactured)
Including somatropin, somatrem, somatomedins, sulfphation factors and insulin-like growth factors (not insulins) and growth hormone releasing hormones (somatorelin and synthetic analogues)

I could be wrong, but peptides are not ANY of these - The above are GH releasing hormones? Any Chemical research guys out there have an opinion?

Australian Customs Office are the strictest airmail and package delievery depot in the world.

We cant even get simple supplement products like strong protein formulas and they water products down from there true contents. Like JackEd pre workout by USP Labs.... You purchase it in Australia and its not at its true strength.

Re shipping will be the same result. You need to obtain a script, thats usually from a pharmacist or normally issued by the black market or by the way you get your AAS.

I would contact your AAS supplier and see if you can order through there as any HGH compound are considered illegal.

GHRP 6 falls under growth hormone releasing hormones

Mr Rage is right.

"insulin-like growth factors (not insulins) and growth hormone releasing hormones (somatorelin and synthetic analogues)"
-Pretty much sums up Peptides.

I'd go for a re-ship if I were you.

And I am in the supplement (over counter) industry myself, Platinum is very correct. Aussies don't F-Around my friend.
