Wondering if anyone can help here.
My girlfriend is 37 years old, 5'2 and weighs around 8.2st.
She has had 3 ceserean's (where they cut the tum to get the baby out!) Since having these she cannot seem to form any lower abs. This part is where the cererean's where carried out so the abs in that area have been cut through 3 times. What can she do?
Any help/advice would be great.
