Im 26, 6ft1, 235lbs, 22%bf

Im 2 weeks in of a 12 week test e 500mg per week / Prop kickstart cycle. I know my body fat is an issue for starting a cycle but I am going to take my diet seriously. and im running an A.I with it. Instead of telling me not to cycle at this bf% can you help me out with a proper meal plan?

I need someone to give me a baseline of daily protien, calorie, carb, fat totals best used for my stats and I will post a meal plane from that guideline for critique. I want to make sure I get enough substance to gain big without going up in bf% Thanks in advance guys!

I already read your post, I apreciate it as I found alot of usefull info. as I mentioned in my post, I will put togeather a proposed meal plan, I just wanted a baseline of how many cal/fat/carb/pro my daily values should be at. Does this make sense to you? thanks

No it doesn't. I don't understand how you could read the first post in that thread - which tells you EXACTLY how to calculate your required cals - and still post on here asking for someone to calculate those values for you.

As glub said, your BMR/TDEE are what will determine your caloric intake. Once you have those numbers then your macros can be determined.

All of that info is in post 1

my tdee

I honestly read it and my tdee is
3327.23, I just didnt know what my daily intake for carbs, and fats should be as well. I figured at 235lbs my protien should be around 300? Am I just being an idiot or would it make more sense to post my proposed diet when I know what my daily carbs/fat/protiene should be?

3700 calories

300g protein
350g carbs
122g fats

or

300g protein
420g carbs
82g fats

u can go either way... i think the first would be better for you

For my knowledge why do you say the first one is better..I'm not questioning you..Is it because of the cycle you need more fat and less carbs ?
