Hi im new here as i am new to the whole weight training program (been doing it now 3 - 4 months).

Basically my problem is food, Suplements and basically having the energy to train. I have tried setting out food plans but my partner is also trying to lose weight and to be honest she doesnt want to be making to meals and when I make them there just isnt enough room in the kitchen but im sure I can work that out some how.

In the mean time I have been testing supplements like 100% whey, Creatine, dbols and Dextrose for energy at first I started to see gains pretty fast in the chest and bicep area (chest increased by 3 inches and bicep by 2 within the first month) but lately my sizes are going up and down and i just dont seem to have the energy to train

Not sure if this is worth posting but here are my sizes:

Height: 5 foot 9 inch
weight: 161 pounds
Chest: 37''
Waist: 32.75''
Hips: 33.5''
Bicep: 12.5''
Forearm: 10.75''
Thigh: 20''
Calf: 14.5''
Neck: 15''

I try and eat 5-6 meals a day and train between 3-5 days a week for no less than an hour training single body areas while also running 15mins of cardio this isnt always possible and im not sure if im doing anything wrong ans why i seem to be shutting down (last gym visit i could only manage 2 sets/ 10 reps of bench press @ 10kg weight and had to finish where normally im doing 4/10@ 15-20kg and press on)

Is your energy low from work or other activities before you get to the gym? You could look into energy supplements or a pre work out supplement. Also how old are you?

I stay at home with 3 very energetic kids but the dont tire me out that much i dont think. Oh sorry im 29 this saturday.

Yeah my diet is mainly:

Rice (Brown)
Chicken
Salmon
Oats
Granola
Banana Smothies
Veg
and of course supplements

Dont think the diet is a problem although it maybe the amount of meals I eat :(

You should probably be eating around 3000 cals a day you should def gain off of that. Also look into a pre-workout for energy or drink a big cup of coffee for caffeine before work out. If you want a custom diet plan tailored for you, you can get in touch with 3j's he has an advertisement on this site >>>

Hmm was always told Brown rice oh well I can easily change (thank god Brown rice sucks) Im aiming at about 3000 cals, should i be doing more?????

I can say that I've used a variety of pwo supps and Prodigy is by far the strongest I've come across. One of the best fat burners slash energy booster is Lecheek's oxy eca black. Check our Orbitnutrition.com and give them a look. Also how old are you? If your getting into your 30's or later, low t levels could be one reason your feeling sluggish.
