Advice on cutting cycle

I am new to this website and wanted some advice on a cutting cycle I been wanting to run. I want to run a cutting cycle to would consist of test prop and tren and maybe at the end of the cycle run clen for the last 4 weeks. Technically I want to run this cycle for 90 days which is about 12 weeks. What I need help I want to know what yall think about the selection and the dosage I should use. And also is it safe to mix your tren and test in one shot? And I have heard for this cycle you need and Aromatase inhibitor (AI) which idk exactly what this means but any suggestions?
All though I have done a tren and test cycle before I was really not keeping a diet or nothing and I like the results. But after being in a good diet I noticed the change with no gear I can only imagine the results with the right gear.
A little background about me: I am 5 feet 9 ½ tall and approx. weight 219 lbs and I would have to say my bf is probably close to 19%. I really not really over weight just a wide structure. Most of my fat store is in my sides because most my body has pretty good definition except for my midsection.

There is no issue with mixing the two together in the same pin. I use insulin pins for the Tren Ace to help with everyday pokes but that is just me. Dbol is a good kick start to the cycle too. Here is what levels that I ran at last time.

Dbol = 40mg ED (Week 1-4)
Test Prop = 150mg EOD
Tren Ace = 75mg ED

I like a product called AIFM for a Aromatase inhibitor (AI) which helps and they are a aromatase inhibitor so basically you do not get man boobs.

Ok. Thank you chemist63, bad thing is I am very ansure if the clen at the end will work just fine. And is AIFM or in that case any Aromatase inhibitor (AI) i can find over the counter or is something i will probably have to order it. And what dosage of that did you take?

If your not sure you can mix test and tren in a same syringe then I think u need to research a little more about tren b4 u use it. Not flaming you but tren has some harsh sides just make sure you know what ur getting into before you start. With proper diet and cardio u can achieve a cutting cycle with the test only.
 
You'll need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (Adex or Aromasin), for the test as it aromatizes. Caber or prami for the tren to combat prolactin sides. A lot of dudes like tren higher than test. I'm not going to recommend dosages to you, until you have this planned better.
 
Thank you Iron Giant and Prowl for yalls advice and I am grateful for it. In the stage I am in right now is mostly research and trying to find out the right combination. I have done a cycle of tren before it was my second (which I consider it my first because, the one before was just not taken seriously) although the main side effect I got out of was not getting enough sleep. I believe that I was using 250mg a week (1/2 cc every 3 days) and every start of the week 1 cc of test 250. And I was told the tren injections had to be every other day but I just could not do with the shots because of the sourness.
But I agree more research has to be done before jumping into things like this. I mostly have gone off from what people in the gym told me to do; but that***8217;s the reason that I started this forum to get advice from people that actually are knowledgeable with this things. So if yall have any suggestions of were to go and do more research let me know guys.

This is what I would suggest for you.
Wks 1-12 test e or c 500mg pw
Wks 1-12 aromasin 12.5 mg pd
Wks 14-18 clomid 100/100/50/50 u can also add
Nolva 40/40/20/20

I would stay away from test p since u didn't like all those pins from your last cycle. With test e or c u only have to inject twice a week. Also research, research and more research. Good luck to ya bro!!
 
Test prop 150mg eod 8 weeks
Tren ace 75mg ed 8 weeks
Clenbuterol 2 weeks on and 2 off 8 week
Aromasin 12.5mg ed 14 weeks

Pct
Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
Keep some letrozole or cabergoline on hand in case of tren gyno
And diet is everything you can use gear for years together and not see results without a good diet
Get that in check before starting your cycle
 
Well, if you already know how you react to tren and you can handle it (other than EOD pins), I would go with tren-e. Tren-a should be pinned ED or EOD, but tren-e can be pinned 2x a week. Prop should also be pinned EOD. What I'm saying is, you should switch to longer ester gear. Here is my recommendation:

Wk 1-14: Test-e @ 200-250mg/week
Wk 1-12: Tren-e @ 400-600mg/week
Wk 1-14: Adex @ .25-.50mg EOD or Aromasin @ 6.25-12.5mg ED
Wk 1-14: Prami @ .50mg E3D
Blast Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for 10 days @ 500iu/day following the last jab of test.
PCT starts 4-5 days after your last poke of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and should be clomid @ 50/50/50/50 + nolva @ 40/40/20/20

If you run short ester gear (prop with tren-a), for 12 weeks (like you mentioned) then I suggest this:
Wk 1-12: Test-p @ 60mg EOD
Wk 1-10: Tren-a @ 120mg EOD
Wk 1-12: Adex @ .25-.50mg EOD or Aromasin @ 6.25-12.5mg ED
Wk 1-10: Prami @ .50mg E3D
Run Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for the duration of the cycle at 500iu/week for 4 weeks on, 1 week off (so as to not desensitize).
PCT starts 4 days after your last poke of test-p/HCG and should be clomid @ 50/50/50/50 + nolva @ 40/40/20/20.

*If you're going to run short esters you have to man up and pin EOD, or use long esters.
**Running a 19-nor (tren) I would always use Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) in my protocol personally, but it is not a requirement.
***Test and tren battle for the same receptors and tren is 5x stronger, this is why a lot of guys like to run tren higher than test. It also keeps the sides down.
****Clen needs to be taken at 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with benadryl on the 2 weeks off to clean the receptors, or it loses its effectiveness. Alternatively, you can run ketotifen along side the clen, for continual use.
*****What ever you decide, make sure you run test 2 weeks longer than tren.

But this was of great help to me guys and as now what the next thing is just working on a diet that will be the best for the results I want. Any calorie amount yall would consider being ok? I know it will have to be done as of a low carb and fat and high protein. but any suggestions on a book or so?

Google BMR formula, figure out your BMR then google "Harris Benedict Equation" and plug in your numbers. Round up to the nearest 100 on whatever value you get and start there. Increase or decrease as necessary by 100-200cal every 1-2 weeks. Carb cycling is hands down my favorite method for cutting, when I roll it for cutting I go:
Sun: Very High (+300 calories) Back/Chest
Mon: Moderate (-100 calories) Legs/Shoulders + Cardio
Tue: Low (-250 calories) Cardio
Wed: Very Low (-300 calories) Off
Thu: High (Maintenance calories) Back/Chest
Fri: Moderate (-100 calories) Legs/Core + Cardio
Sat: Low (-250 calories) Cardio

You'll have to adjust your calories and carbs based on what suits your stats best. This is just one of many methods of how to carb cycle. I always start high on calories and carbs and taper down only as much as necessary. If you're not very familiar with dieting for a cut, hook up with 3J - tons of success stories.
