Advice on diet

Lifes 2 short to be small
Advice on diet.
My diet is simple
Meal 1- 1 cup of oatmeal, 2 scoops of protein (60 grams), banana, 2 tablespoon almond butter
Meal 2 - 6 oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice
Meal 3 - 6 oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup green vegetables
Meal 4 – 6 oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup green vegetables
Meal 5 - 1 cup of oatmeal, 2 scoops of protein (60 grams), banana, 2 tablespoon almond butter
Meal 6 - 6 oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup green vegetables
Meal 7 – Talapia 8 oz, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup green vegetables

Would like advice on diet I am not good with the macro stuff I believe I may be taking in too much protein and not enough good fats. What percentages do you think every meal should have if I am trying to gain a lot of weight? I am 6 foot and weigh 215 now and eventually want to hit over 300. The problem I am having is how to get to 300. Like I can easily eat more than this, but if I up calories to fast I am just going to put on way to much fat. Any ideas guys thank you.
 
your not eating anywhere close to enough to grow imo

if i were to say i would say your eating about 250g carbs and 240g protein...

at your weight it should look more like this

300g protein
400g carbs
120g fats
 
Lol thanks for the help man. Iv seen some people diets where their protein percentages are higher then carbs. Do you think that's not as effective as this one?
 
yea high but much higher then what you have... the lower your carbs the more protein you need...
 
Okay I understand. So if I were to eat 6 meals a day going by what you said I would be eating 50g protein, 66g carbs,20g fat for each meal. So do you think this is my best bet as of now?
 
well i thinik its the best starting point.... there is no 'BEST BET' .....

its all reference points.. start somewhere educated and see how your body reacts
