Advice on my cycle please

Guys I need some advice please. I planed a 10week bulking cycle of sust250 at 500mg per week. 250mg monday night and 250mg Thursday morning. I am 6 weeks in to my cycle and i'm making good gains but a couple weeks back my wife decides to plan a vacation out of the country. Well the vacation starts two weeks after my last scheduled pin(when I should be starting post cycle therapy (pct)). So I have been racking my brain on what I should do. My first thought is I want to look good for the beach so I should start cutting to get some weight off. The little gadget at the gym says im at 15%bf. so I dont have to much to cut to feel ok with myself with my shirt off. The part I need help on is do I stop taking the Sustanon (sust) now and do post cycle therapy (pct) which will take 6 1/2 weeks are do I stay on the Sustanon (sust) untill the week i leave and do post cycle therapy (pct) when I get back. Ill only be gone 7 days. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Either a) extend your cycle 1 week and start post cycle therapy (pct) 2 weeks after your last pin if you want (which will be right after you return from vacation) or b) start post cycle therapy (pct) 3 weeks after your last pin, which will be when you return from vacation, as well.

You are fine doing either.

Bro, push your cycle 2 more weeks.... no reason you can't do an 11 or 12 week cycle, and head to vacation a few days after your last pin. Try and get SOME exercise in while you're there... Hotel room style!
Then when you get back you're ready to start PCT straight off.

So start cutting but keep running the Sustanon (sust) till the week before vacation to prevent muscle lost and Since I'm cutting, I wont make anymore muscle gain right?

Are you running an AI? I'd start that right away and watch your sodium and up your water intake... this will help with any bloating. Its hard to help without a better idea of where you started and where you are now.

Are you satisfied with the bulk you've gained to date? If you can tell you definitely want or need to start cutting, take it slow. You have plenty of time to cut a few calories a week, up your cardio a bit and see some results. Once you start cutting, the gains are going to pretty much stop... on OR off cycle. Just make sure you eat enough to keep what you've earned!

Yes I'm running liquid dex .5 eod and water gain has been low and no sides. I feel good about my gains but as you know on Sustanon (sust) the gains didnt start showing up till week 3-4 so I feel like I'm cutting myself short. I'm doing fasted cardio 20min each morning and hitting the weight 4 days a week in the evening.
 
Well then I would agree, with you. I'd hate for you to cut your gains short just so you look good for a week on the beach! You're already married, so unless she's looking for some extra fun... LOL
This one's up to you dude! But personally, I'd gain as much as I could until about 3-4 weeks from the vacation and then start cutting ever so slightly. Adjust progressively each week based on your goal. May be a great time to talk it through with a nutritionist like 3J who can lay it out for you precisely.
 
How do you feel about Clen/T3? I've had some for a while that i've been itching to try

Honestly, can't speak to it. I just haven't researched it enough yet, but I like the idea of it... But not necessarily when I'm bulking haha. There's multiple threads on the topic you can search for. Either way, calories are going to to dictate what happens more than anything. Seems like if you add Clen as an accelorator you're putting your self at risk to start losing your gains faster than without.
 
I've never taken T3 because it's supposidly catabolic unless you run it on cycle. I have however used Clen on it's own and it's a very good weight loss drug, although you will need a very good diet aswel the clen will help you drop about 3-4 lbs extra a month. Side effects are you'll feel shaky, your muscles seem more stiff like when you bend down it's more of a jerked movement, you feel a lot hotter and sweat easier. It's an enjoyable experience, I kow side effects do sound bad but I love getting the shakes I think it's cool. :D

Oh I forgot to mention tolerence build up is pretty fast on clen so take for 2 weeks then cut out stims for 2 weeks then take again, some people add in anti-histamines to recover the recepters faster aswel but I tried that and it didn't have an effect for me maybe I did it wrong?
 
Just realised you're bulking, so clen won't really help.

But what I would be interested to know if anyone can answer this. This question got me thinking because people say you can't lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, we know tren makes that possible, so can other compounds have a similar effect...

Will adding clen to a test and tren cycle while bulking help reduce fat even more?
 
LOL MAD.... Maybe at 21 the shakes are cool but not at 33! I was on Oxy Elite Pro for a couple months and that was strong enough for me to get all jittery and sweat like a pig! I couldn't sit still at the office, but hell it worked like a charm!

It's not as bad as oxyelite pro, I've never taken it but it has the same main ingrediant as jack3d (1,3 Demthylamyline) that feeling is more of a I need to work out keep moving with insane ammounts of sweat, I've had to stop half way through my workouts because I was sweating so much that I couldn't continue, but Clen is not an "intense" feeling. Give it a try if you're ever considering cutting you won't be dissapointed, and the crash isn't as bad as 1,3 dimethylamyline either. :)

Good to know, I'll give it a shot next time! Maybe in early spring when I'm splitting the seams of my shirts ;)
Definitely going to run a serious cut cycle around that time.
I do know a guy that ran Tren E and Test C as a second cycle. He only gained about 5 pounds but lost a fair amount of fat around the belly. As a recomp, its certainly possible. But you certainly can't get the best of both worlds.

I would definitley stick with your cycle. This will keep your labido in check for this vacation too. I imagine thats a good thing, right?
