Try something till it stops working and then try something else, best way to find out whats best is to do it. Theres no right or wrong split. Everything will work for a certain period of time, when it stops change what your doing. There is no magical workout split that will change your life in the gym. You know enough about training, so go try something, no one knows whats gonna work for you better than yourself.
