Advice please. Burning left nipple.

I am doing 500mg Test-E per week. 2 x 250mg.

I am taking 12.5mg Aromasin EOD.

I just started my 5th week.

I missed my Aromasin dosage last night by 12 hours and now my left nipples appears to be burning/tingly sensation. No lumps.

I took 12.5mg this morning and 12.5mg just now. Should I continue with solely Aroma 25mg or my usual 12.5mg dose? Should I take some Novla as well? If so how long?

Well, Aromasin is commonly taken every day. That would be a good start...

Great news! You're in week five, which means you can get a blood test to see what's going on, instead of guessing.

I will be doing bloods this week but I dont want to wait 5 days to figure that out. Im in canada so it's alittle more difficult to get bloods so I had to get bloods a different way.

It will be 5 days before i can see results.

Get blood worl to see where your e2 is at!!

But for now. Up the dose of the Stane to 12.5 ED. Give it a week and see how that works. Once you have results from blood work adjust accordingly.

I have heard of guys that have issues with gyno even with e2 in normal range. If this happens to be the case then the addition of Nolvadex should be the next step.

I agree, partially. And with respect as always Mega, the downside of that would be waiting a few days for bloodwork plus another few days for results. With possible gyno forming.

I totally unserstand where your coming from but id rather start to deal with the gyno issue no matter what the bloods say/said.

He either has high e2 and is getting gyno symptoms from that or his e2 isnt high and he has an issue with gyno anyways as Ive known a few guys to have.

I think that is something that needs to be nipped in the bud right away.

He could start taking Tamox or Ralox right now. That would protect him from gyno -- even start shrinking it if it is there. And it would not mess up his E2 levels for blood work. That would allow him to get blood work on his current protocol so that he can see where his AI dose was putting his E2 at.

So he is spared gyno and learns something that he can use in his future cycles. We have all experienced tingly nipples and thought our E2 was high only to learn it was actually low or just right.

Excellent call. This would be a better option then mine, actually. And like you said an accurate blood result would be the outcome and adjusting could happen from there!

The burning subsided. I took Aroma 25mg and following day it was gone thank god. I submitted my bloods just waiting for the paper work back to see.

i did my blood 5 days after the 25mg while I was back on 12.5mg to see if 12.5 is good for me

Yikes... you should have gotten bloods taken, THEN messed around with your dosage.. or even better, done as Mega recommended and gotten some Ralox as to not screw your results up.
