right i think ive got it worked out .. alot of cardio , alot less calories than im taking now drop down to about 1500? and keep the weights there but do alot more of them but lighter so i can sqeeze more reps in ? does that sound like the route to go for higher fitness and cutting? currnetly doing 3-4 days at the gym at the moment think on my days off go for a light jog in the morning to help tht bit extra .... like i say all the risks scare me i want to make them as minimal as possible so ill be following every1s advice ... my 1st goal in the coming months is get my cardio 100% and 2nd goal drop my fat to a minimal but that will obviously happen with the cardio anyways... when ive done all that its cycle time and obviously ill know more about it all by the time i think about starting

but when the time comes guys i hope im still talking to all you lot ill make sure im a regular on here so when the time comes i can post my how im getting on gains/stats ect
