hi, my names Rebecca and im a 20yr old uni student. i walk 3 times a wekk 4 30 minutes for the past 2mnths. i hav lost a cuple of kilos but not lost any for the past month. i wana lose 10 more kilos before my sisters wedding in 2months and i want an aerobis session that i can lose weight and increase my motabolism. any help wil be great but i specifically need either a 2 week training program or if u can guide me in what i should do for 2 aerobic sessions including warm up, conditioning activities and cool down.. ur help wil b much appreciated!
