After crashing estro, how long till you felt good again

Hey buds,
I'm sure we've all crashed our estrogen at one point or another, but I've never crashed it on a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose before.
Wondering how long it took you guys to feel good again. On 500mgs per week it comes back fairly fast, 80mgs is a different story though.

Last I crashed, it took me 3-4 days to feel okay again. I'm on a little higher amount than you though. 200mg EOW and Androgel 1.62 supplemented.

I imagine a lot depends on your body's personal conversion rate. Since you were taking an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), I assume you were probably converting at a high rate?

I once decided to try to use letrozole at a low dose to control my e2. It crashed and took several weeks before i got it straightened out and back on my normal dose of arimidex and things stabilized. man it sucked...

I crashed mine this past tuesday had horrible joint pain I could hear them clicking, lost my sex drive and got lethargic and didn't even feel like going to the gym! I stopped using all AI's wednesday it has been three days and I feel a difference in my joints but still a little lethargic. I feel monday is the day I'll be back to normal so 7-10 days is my guess!

My estrogen was already in range and i took .25 arimidex last friday. Still feeling like crap. Started grtting joibt pains after 3 days. Hopefully estrogrn comes back in another werk. Im only on 80ngs a week so who knows

Usually by over-using an aromatase inbibitor such as arimidex.

Are you sure you even need it then? You should try aromasin or lower your dosage

I didnt know joint pain was linked with it.
