i've posted here before
i think it's almost 1.5 years ago...

i've lost some weight.. in the mean time.. muscles too..
but i am getting back were i was 2 years ago, a bit leaner i hope :)

but i seem to be hitting a plateau.. i am not getting good gains anymore..
especially with the bi's and the triceps..

does any of you guys have a good idea or training plan to break to this plateau?

and if you would like to say what i need to improve, that would also be very nice.

my delts need more working out and my legs i think..

Lose the red shirt, unless you're chinese or north korean resident.
