got tested a few months ago

no steroid use

find out the "normal" results from a few months ago were 350ng/dl, i said this is not okay at all and they checked me again and i came back 148 ng/dl, all the other labs came back "normal" though, i havent seen them yet

i went to urologist because my libido is very low and my orgasms are nothing close to what they used to be like before ssri's, accutane

also a history of depression and anxiety

i use rogaine and nizoral shampoo, idk if these could lower T

they prescribed androgel, i havent used it yet because im seeing a couple endos to figure out what the hell might be causing this

any advice? opinions?
if i do testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) i will insist on injections

I know someone your age on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). He has no regrets, but money is also not a problem. Being young you really have to look at other things adults may not. He is doing the injections with no regrets. Being a kid, it would not be optimal for him to be on the cream. Young kids are more often physical. Your not really asking any question, so all this really is, is input.

You have too look at it from all angles. Is the money there, or insurance? Are you confident you will always have insurance or be able to pay out of pocket..fuck man, if you really think some person you never met..., and expect them to know your situation, in order to answer your question with precise accuracy, then your just fucking dumb...and are probably a female via DNA, and thus should look into estrogen replacement.

jesus christ bro relax, i stated in the OP my history with meds and the normal levels for the other hormones, i know little about testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), and i also most docs dont know sht about this either so im looking for as much input as possible

i dont think clomid or Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) alone would help me as the other levels are normal, thus im guessing im primary

insurance will cover it and money not an issue

If I were in your shoes I would continue down the path of trying to find the cause first. If you exhaust that route without improvement then you can look at Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) as a possible option.

supplement with a shit load of zinc and magnesium for 6 months, thats what i did and my levels were 248 and now they are 800 im only 22. also switched to all organic foods

A lifetime of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) should be a last resort. I would fully examine all other options first. You said your other labs were "normal" but that may not tell the full story. You really have given us nothing to help you with other than one T value with no mention of time of day. If you want help, you would need to supply more info.

This is a sample of other issue to explore before testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) (in no particular order)...

1) Sleep study
2) MRI of pituitary
3) E2 levels
4) Diet
5) Bodyfat %
6) Thyroid (actual thyroid - not TSH)

diet is normal, body fat is roughly 18%
