age:23 ht:6.0' wt:165lb :: NO exp :: log

have little to no training exp, besides highschool weight training, in wich i didnt really apply myself, and a few times thereafter wich lasted no longer than 2 months at best.

Goal is 200lbs @ 10-12%bf

so i need advice as far as dieting, supplements, exercizes, and some general do and donts

i want to train to my genetic limitations first, however long it takes.
will log and keep track of gains, routines, diet, and suppl intake.

i want to start with bulk/mass building first... i guess :-\
help help!

its gonna be hard to keep track of everything in a single stack post format w multiple pages... but i kinda wanna use it as a progress log, not so much as a diary..:gay:
