have little to no training exp, besides highschool weight training, in wich i didnt really apply myself, and a few times thereafter wich lasted no longer than 2 months at best.
Goal is 200lbs @ 10-12%bf
so i need advice as far as dieting, supplements, exercizes, and some general do and donts
i want to train to my genetic limitations first, however long it takes.
will log and keep track of gains, routines, diet, and suppl intake.
i want to start with bulk/mass building first... i guess :-\
help help!
